Professional career

MUDr. Tomáš Ventruba, Ph.D., MPH, LL.M., MBA, graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University in Brno in 2007. After his studies, he joined the Surgery Clinic of the University Hospital Brno and of the Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University, where he began his medical career. He obtained his specialization in plastic and aesthetic surgery at the renowned Plastic Surgery Clinic of St. Anne’s University Hospital Brno, where he performed a wide range of surgical procedures.

From 2016 to 2020, he worked at the Clinic of Gynecology and Obstetrics of the University Hospital Brno, where he was a member of the mammary commission and focused primarily on breast reconstruction for cancer patients and women with BRCA mutations.

Since 2016, he has been running a private plastic and aesthetic surgery practice V CLINIC in Brno – Hlinky. In 2025, the clinic has expanded into modern premises in the prestigious Vlněna Business Park in the center of Brno, where a new aesthetic dermatology center, V SHINE, has also been established.

In addition, Dr. Ventruba works as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Medicine at Masaryk University in Brno and is an active participant and speaker in professional conferences and seminars in the Czech Republic and abroad. Dr. Ventruba is a distinguished plastic surgeon and world-renowned specialist in facial surgery. He is considered a leader in his field.
