Principles of Personal Data Protection

We would like to inform you hereby about the processing of your personal data by the company VVV CLINIC s.r.o., ID No: 05430593, VAT No.: CZ05430593, with its registered office at Vlněna 526/5, Trnitá, 602 00 Brno, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, Insert 145570 (hereinafter also referred to as “NEXUS medical” or “the controller”). These principles describes how we collect and process your personal data.

Personal data is under electronic and procedural control and the controller has mechanisms in place to ensure adequate protection of the processed personal data against misuse.
The following does not apply to information about a legal entity (such as its name, legal form, contact details, etc.).


I. Who is the controller of your personal data?


The controller and processor is the trading company NEXUS medical s.r.o., Company ID: 23363380, with its registered office at Vlněna 526/5, Trnitá, 602 00 Brno, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, Insert 145570, which is the operator of the e-shop at www.vshine.cz (hereinafter also referred to as the “e-shop”) and which collects, stores, and further processes your personal data for the performance of its business activities. The controller makes personal data available only to authorized employees, and only to the extent strictly necessary for the purposes of processing. We place great emphasis on security policy within the company, confidentiality of our employees, compliance with internal guidelines, and selection of suitable contractual partners.


II. What personal data do we process about you?


This includes identification data (in particular your first name, surname, title, company ID number, VAT number) and contact data (in particular your contact address, telephone number, email address), as well as data from our mutual communication. You have provided us with all of the aforementioned personal data as part of our cooperation. Personal data is processed by the controller both manually and automatically.


When you visit our website, we may collect certain information about you, such as your IP address, the date and time you accessed our website, information about your internet browser, operating system, or language settings. We may also process information about your behavior on our website, such as which links on our website you visit and which products are displayed to you.


If you access our website from a mobile phone or similar device or through one of our mobile applications, we may also process information about your mobile device (data about your mobile phone, any application failure records, etc.)


As the operator of the e-shop, the controller uses cookies on this website, which are used here for the purpose of:

  • measuring website traffic and creating statistics regarding traffic and visitor behavior on the website;
  • basic functionality of the e-shop website.


The collection of cookies for the purposes stated above may be considered the processing of personal data. Such processing is possible on the basis of a legal reason – the legitimate interest of the controller, and is permitted by Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation.
Cookies are small data files that are stored on your hard drive by your browser. They store certain information that your browser can transmit back to us when you next access the NEXUS medical website. These files allow us to analyze your use of the NEXUS medical website. When you first enter the NEXUS medical website, a banner will appear asking for your consent to the use of the “cookies”.


The website can also be used in a mode that does not allow the collection of data on the behavior of website visitors – this mode can be set within the browser settings, or it is possible to raise an objection to such collection on the basis of the legitimate interest of the controller pursuant to Article 21 of the Regulation, which is available at the bottom of the website. Your objection will be evaluated without delay. Cookies necessary for the functionality of the website will be stored only for the period strictly necessary for the functioning of the website.


If a visitor objects to the processing of technical cookies necessary for the functioning of the website, the full functionality and compatibility of the website cannot be guaranteed in such a case.


Cookies that are collected for the purpose of measuring website traffic and creating statistics regarding traffic and visitor behavior on the website are assessed in aggregated and anonymous form, which does not allow for the identification of individuals.
The collected cookie files are processed by other processors:

  • The provider of the Google Analytics service, operated by Google Inc., headquartered at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA;


III. Reasons for processing personal data


We process personal data primarily for the legal reason of fulfilling a contract. These are cases where we implement a contractual obligation, including related business and financial communication. We process the above personal data for the purpose of processing orders and other contractual obligations if a purchase contract is concluded between you and the seller. Such processing of personal data is permitted by Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation – processing is necessary for the performance of the contract.


News and other commercial communications may be sent to the buyer’s email address or telephone number. This procedure is permitted by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Information Society Services, unless the buyer refuses it. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by any means – for example, by sending an e-mail or clicking on an „Unsuscribe“ link in a commercial communication.


IV. Personal data retention period


We store your personal data for the period necessary to ensure all rights arising from the contract, i.e., at least 10 years from the completion of the last part of the performance under the contract, unless another legal regulation requires the storage of contractual documentation for a longer period or for the period for which you have given us your consent to processing. Such processing is possible on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) and (f) of the Regulation – processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation and for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller.


V. Is the processing of your personal data voluntary?


If you are not our customer, personal data is always processed on the basis of your consent (for the purposes of sending newsletters or recruiting new employees). In other cases, the processing of personal data is not voluntary and its legality is based on the above-mentioned legal grounds. The issue of the voluntary nature of personal data processing in the context of “cookies“ is addressed in Article II of these Principles.


VI. What are your rights regarding the processing of your personal data?


Under applicable law, you have the following rights against the controller:

  • the right to access your personal data,
  • the right to correct inaccurate personal data being processed,
  • the right to request a copy of the personal data being processed,
  • the right to erasure (especially if the purpose of processing has ceased to exist, in the event of withdrawal of consent on the basis of which the personal data was processed),
  • the right to the portability of your personal data,
  • the right to withdraw consent (in the case of personal data processing based on consent – e.g., sending newsletters),
  • the right to object to processing to the controller,
  • the right to effective judicial protection if you believe that your rights under the Regulation have been violated as a result of the processing of your personal data in violation of this Regulation,
  • the right to lodge a complaint concerning the processing of personal data by the controller with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7).


The controller does not have a designated representative. When exercising your rights, please contact info@vsihne.cz. The controller reserves the right to verify the identity of the applicant in an appropriate manner. We will be happy to answer all your questions about the protection of personal data. We will make every reasonable effort to provide, correct or delete personal data from our records. We will respond to your exercised rights within a reasonable period of time that corresponds to the technical and administrative capabilities of the controller.
