The procedure aims to adjust the shape, reduce the size or balance any asymmetry of the labia minora. This can bring greater comfort during sports, hygiene and intimate life, while also improving the appearance of the intimate area.

Description of the surgical procedure
Consultation
An initial consultation is a very important part of the surgery. The client tells the surgeon why she has decided to undergo the procedure, and the surgeon explains what she can expect from the procedure, what results are realistic, and he will advise her on the procedure that is most suitable for her. During the consultation, the doctor will answer all of the client’s questions.
Before the procedure
Before each surgery, it is necessary to assess the overall health of each client. With local anesthesia or local anesthesia combined with analgosedation, blood samples can be taken at a laboratory or by a general practitioner or internist.
The procedure
Plastic surgery of the labia is performed either under local anesthesia or under local anesthesia combined with analgosedation and takes approximately 45 minutes to complete. Before the surgery, the client discusses everything again with the surgeon and then receives premedication. In the operating room, we administer a local anesthetic by injection. This may be slightly uncomfortable, but the application only takes a moment, and the client feels almost nothing during the subsequent surgery. The surgeon then removes the excess skin. The wound is closed with a very fine suture. Absorbable material is used for wound closure when stitches do not need to be removed. The resulting scar is almost invisible.
After the procedure
Immediately after the procedure, the scar is covered with a plaster. The client leaves the clinic immediately after the operation. There is a 24-hour hotline available, which the client can contact if necessary.
For one week, it is necessary to follow a rest regimen and perform intimate hygiene several times a day. It is necessary to avoid prolonged sitting. You can get back to normal office work after a few days. We recommend that you do full physical activity only after 4 weeks. Sexual intercourse is possible after 6 weeks.
Results and durability of labiaplasty
You will see the difference immediately after the surgery, however, the final result will only be visible approximately 1-2 months after the surgery, when the slight swelling subsides.
Risks
No surgery is completely risk-free. However, these risks are minimized by a skilled and experienced surgeon, adherence to preoperative instructions, and conscientious postoperative care. The client is informed of the most common risks before the procedure.
